Performance improvement is my passion, and I am particularly drawn to areas in need of development and transformation. Leadership experiences across a wide range of industries have given me a broad understanding of the challenges of change facilitation.
I adapt my approach whenever possible based on the values and priorities of the organization. My thinking process is based on a six-pillar strategy (attached) along with the insight cycle that is followed by most organizations - Data > Information > Intelligence > Insight.
