My expertise lies in Continuous Improvement, Technology and Operations, where I have led significant initiatives, such as rapidly deploying an international Contact Centre Infrastructure during the challenging times of COVID-19 and implementing strategic platforms across multiple divisions. I take pride in driving positive change and fostering productive relationships.

Aside from my professional pursuits, I am also an aspiring author and an active supporter of several charitable causes.
