Project Management

Continuous improvement, also known as Kaizen, is a philosophy or practice that involves continually making small, incremental changes to processes, products, or services in order to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and/or quality. It is a way of thinking that focuses on identifying and addressing problems or opportunities for improvement on an ongoing basis, rather than just making changes occasionally or reacting to problems as they arise. Continuous improvement involves using tools and techniques such as data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement, and then implementing and testing small changes to see how they impact the process. The goal of continuous improvement is to create a culture of ongoing improvement within an organization, where everyone is constantly looking for ways to do things better and more efficiently.
